Andrew Williams is 45 and has lived In Hemel Hempstead all his life, he is married to Belinda and they have 3 children, Courtenay, Haydn and Ralph. Andrew is an experienced campaigner having been a Dacorum Borough Councillor for 22 years; he currently serves as Council Leader.

As well as his experience as a Councillor he has served as a School Governor and is also Chairman of the Dacorum Local Partnership which brings together a number of organisations from the public and Community sector to help improve the way in which services are delivered across Dacorum.
