Leonard Spencer has been selected as the candidate for Chorleywood (division 60) You can contact Leonard on 01923 282373 he has lived in the area for nearly 30 years, and have been active in the Conservative Party since 1985. Previously a senior partner in one of the large accountancy firms, I now run my own successful financial business.

I am privileged to serve as a District and Parish Councillor for Chorleywood. In addition, I am a Governor of Rickmansworth Park School, and support key local interests such the Common and Watersmeet.

Until recently I was a keen rider, and I follow all equestrian sport. My other main interest is the Church; I am a member of the Conservative Christian Fellowship, which seeks to apply Christian principles in public life.

I am privileged to be selected as your CONSERVATIVE candidate for Chorleywood, and if elected promise to work hard for all residents of Langleybury, Sarratt and Chorleywood.

Having served as a District Councillor for Chorleywood East and as Deputy Group Conservative Leader at Three Rivers District Council, experience has taught me that nothing is achieved without the determination and energy to drive through what the community wants done. As a Councillor I have regular discussions with all Residents’ Associations and have very good relations with the Police, as law and order and the control of anti-social behaviour are a major concern. Talking to people, being involved with them is the key to getting a Councillor’s work done.

I pledge that I will fight to protect the area and to enable all residents to get the maximum benefit out of Hertfordshire County Council services. I very much hope that I may count on your vote on 5th May and look forward to serving you.

Promoted by Louise Bradley on behalf of Leonard Spencer both of Scots Bridge House, Scots Hill, Rickmansworth, Herts WD3 1BB
